Money for tickets will also be collected at Spring Fling!Women's Hockey Camp at Iorio Arena, June 13-15 Rob Barletta's Hockey School is the first time having a strictly women's hockey camp. It will be held at the Iorio Arena. The date of this camp will be the weekend of June 13th-15th. The focus is on all different types of the game from skating to aspects of the game. There will be ex professional hockey players as well as woman Olympians here to help teach. Spring Fling Tournament All slots are filled and the schedule has been drawn up. Most of the games are at Falmouth Ice Arena (visit www.falmouthicearena.com for directions) and a few are at Gallo Ice Arena (visit www.galloarena.com for directions).
2008-2009 Season The 2008-2009 season will begin in September. There will be an initial skate mid-September to determine teams based on player skill level. The season will start end of September and go through March. If you're interested in joining our league, please email info@ccwhl.com. New players are always welcome! Established in 1997 The Cape Cod Women's Hockey League provides an environment in which any woman, regardless of ability, can enjoy playing ice hockey. CCWHL is the only league in southeastern Massachusetts that encourages equal participation by all women; first-timers through elite level players are welcome. CCWHL members come from every town on the Cape between Falmouth and Orleans, as well as from Martha's Vineyard, suburban Boston, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. We currently have six teams, with approximately 80 registered players. Each year, women of all ages (over 18) join CCWHL to have fun playing organized hockey.
